After a long night of shaking and stirring, The Manifest and their mixologist team welcomed a great crowd for their fundraiser for Australia Wildlife Relief. The team donated all of the gratuities made that night to benefit the animals who have suffered the recent catastrophic brush fires in Australia. WOW! Let me just say, the drinks were incredible! The music incredible! The vibes -- incredible! The bar was appropriately dressed in Lunar New Year deco. If you've never been to this bar, you should definitely check it out if ever in the downtown Honolulu area. There's some awesome art on the walls and a few impressive painting installations.
Okay, so now about the event itself. If anyone needs to know the making of a good fundraising event, take notes! The mixologists used Ko Hana Rum and Casamigos Tequila in incredible and impressive ways. The event organizers had a stack of gift card giveaways for the attendees along with Casamigos branded gear. There were also 2 Casamigos reps walking around with samples of mezcal and tequila. Great way to get the party going! Check out their unique menu along with some great photos of the event below. As always, mahalo for reading! -Rachel

January 27th, 2020, The Manifest craft cocktail bar in downtown Honolulu is hosting a fundraiser to raise money for The Australia Wildlife Relief. Local mixologists and liquor companies have come together in response to the tragic fires which devastated Australia from 2019 into the New Year. All gratuities made from the event are being donated to support the organization!
There will be LIVE music from 8pm to 10pm from local artists of Simple Souls. After, DJ Revise is going to mix up some music for us to get groovy to. And you surely won't want to miss the craft cocktails made my local mixologists! You can find their links to social media below. The menu has been carefully crafted by experts in the world of mixology, and let me tell you - it is impressive. Running at $10, you will surely be dazzled by some of the ingredients that are in these creations.
Casamigos, KoHana Rum & Waikiki Brewing Company are being featured during this event. If you've never had their IPA, make sure to taste all its deliciousness tonight.
I'm so excited to finally be writing a review on The Manifest, as it's actually one of my favorite places to go out in Honolulu. The scene is awesome on the weekends - playing amazing dancing music and featuring really delicious cocktails at a reasonable price.
In Honolulu, The Manifest is definitely one of the more well-known craft cocktail bars. It's in an ideal location, people love the music, and offers much more than your everyday Old Fashion. This is a great opportunity to come meet some of the best bartenders in Honolulu and see what is out there in the world of mixology!

Check out the local mixologists social media pages to keep up with the craft happening in Honolulu!
